Jacquie Roar, finalist on NBC’s The Voice, and country musician Rand Brown to play a concert encouraging residents to VOTE NO against the North Plains’ current UGB expansion plan.

The parade will pass by the local bar, The Last Waterin’ Hole, where the outdoor concert and after party will later take place. Food and drinks will be available to purchase, and there will be an alcohol-free, outdoor area for families and children (with covered canopies in case it rains). The free concert features two local musicians, one of whom, Jacquie Roar, is arguably the most famous North Plains resident. “We’re happy to be out there supporting our local farmers and encouraging everyone to vote in this important election,” said Roar.
